1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (may vary)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has shipped.

This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24–48 hours.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Tenso Daily is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Tenso Daily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


6. International Shipping

We ship internationally. However:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


8. Delays

Tenso Daily is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect address information
